Operator: Eleven Seven Pazarlama Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (“we,” “us,” “our”).

Contact (privacy): privacy@daireturkiye.com (or, if you prefer a single inbox, you may use support@daireturkiye.com and state that privacy requests are handled there).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process information in connection with:

  • the Daire Türkiye mobile application (the “App”); and
  • our website and related online properties, including https://daireturkiye.com and subdomains (the “Site”),

together, the “Services.”

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Where required by law, we will obtain additional consent for certain processing activities.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we process as a controller (or equivalent role under applicable law) when you use the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that we link to or that integrate with the Services; those parties have their own policies.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the categories below directly from you, automatically from your device or browser, or from service providers and partners (such as authentication providers and hosting providers).

2.1 Account and profile information (App)
If you create or use an account (for example, via Google Sign-In), we may process:

  • identifiers such as email address and user ID;
  • name and profile image URL if provided by the sign-in provider or your profile;
  • authentication tokens/session data needed to keep you signed in; and
  • preferences associated with your account where applicable.

2.2 Location information (App)
If you grant permission, we may collect precise or approximate location from your device (for example, to show nearby listings and support map features). You may disable location permissions in your device settings; some features may not work without them.

2.3 Content you submit
If you submit forms, messages, reviews, uploads, or other content through the Site or App, we process that content and related metadata (such as timestamps).

2.4 Usage, device, and technical data
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • device/app data (e.g., device type, OS version, app version, language settings);
  • log data (e.g., IP address, timestamps, referring URLs, pages viewed, API requests, error logs);
  • diagnostics and performance information; and
  • identifiers stored on your device (e.g., cookies, local storage, mobile identifiers) as described below.

2.5 Local storage on your device (App)
The App may store certain information locally on your device (for example, favorites, cached listings, and language preferences) to improve performance and offline behavior. This information typically remains on your device unless you clear it or uninstall the App.

2.6 Cookies and similar technologies (Site)
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, scripts, and similar technologies for:

  • essential operation and security;
  • remembering preferences;
  • analytics and product improvement; and
  • marketing and advertising where permitted by law.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Some Site features may not function properly if you block certain technologies.

2.7 Communications
If you contact us (for example, by email), we process your message contents and contact details.

2.8 Payments (if applicable)
If we offer paid features, purchases may be processed by platform providers (such as Apple) or payment processors. We may receive limited transaction records (for example, subscription status summaries), not your full payment card details.

3. How we use information (purposes)

We may use information for the following purposes, consistent with applicable law:

  • Provide and operate the Services (including maps, search, listings, authentication, favorites, caching, and customer support).
  • Personalize content and recommendations (including based on usage patterns and, where permitted, location).
  • Maintain security and integrity, including fraud prevention, abuse detection, enforcement of our Terms, and protecting users and our systems.
  • Improve and develop products and features, conduct testing, and perform analytics (including aggregated or de-identified analytics).
  • Communicate with you about the Services, service-related notices, and (where permitted) marketing; you may opt out of marketing where opt-out is available.
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • Business operations, including auditing, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and corporate transactions (such as a merger or acquisition).

Legitimate interests. Where permitted, we may rely on our legitimate business interests for processing that is reasonably necessary and proportionate, balanced against your rights. You may have rights to object in certain jurisdictions.

Aggregated and de-identified data. We may create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you, and use or disclose it for any lawful purpose, including analytics, benchmarking, and commercial uses.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If laws such as the GDPR/UK GDPR apply, we may process personal data based on one or more of:

  • performance of a contract;
  • legitimate interests (as described above);
  • legal obligation;
  • consent (where required); and/or
  • vital interests (rare).

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

5.1 Service providers / processors
Vendors that host, secure, deliver, or support the Services on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, authentication, database/backend, email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling, maps, and content delivery). They are permitted to use information only as instructed by us, subject to their agreements and applicable law.

5.2 Professional advisors
Lawyers, auditors, and insurers, where appropriate.

5.3 Authorities and legal requests
Government agencies, regulators, or private parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

5.4 Corporate transactions
A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

5.5 With your direction
When you choose to share (for example, using “share” features or linking third-party accounts).

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense of selling a mailing list for cash. However, some laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly (including certain digital advertising). If required, we will provide any legally mandated choices (such as opt-out links) and honor applicable user rights requests.

6. International transfers

We may process and store information in Turkey and/or other countries where we or our providers operate. If we transfer personal data across borders, we will use appropriate safeguards where required by law (such as contractual clauses).

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution;
  • complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and
  • enforcing agreements and defending legal claims.

Retention periods vary by data category. We may retain certain records longer where permitted or required, and may delete or de-identify information earlier when feasible.

Even after deletion, residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period, or may remain if retention is required by law.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • access, correct, or delete certain information;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent (where processing is consent-based);
  • request portability (where applicable); and/or
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights, contact us using the contact details above. We may need to verify your request and may decline requests that are unlawful, excessive, or infringe others’ rights.

Marketing opt-out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails (if provided) or by contacting us. Service-related messages may continue.

Do-Not-Track: There is no universally accepted standard; we may not respond to DNT signals.

11. Third-party services

The Services may integrate or link to third parties such as Google (sign-in), Supabase (backend/auth infrastructure), Apple (App distribution and device platform), maps/navigation providers when you choose navigation actions, and WordPress/GeoDirectory-related infrastructure for listings on the Site/API. Their processing is governed by their policies. We encourage you to review those policies.

12. Automated decision-making

We generally do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If that changes, we will update this Policy as required.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site (and may update the “Last updated” date). If changes are material where required by law, we will provide additional notice (such as in-app notice or email). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy, except where prohibited by law.

14. Regional notices

Turkey (KVKK): If you are in Turkey, you may have rights under the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. [Your counsel may add Data Controller identity, VERBIS registration if applicable, and representative details.]

U.S. states with privacy laws: Depending on eligibility, you may have additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction, opt-out of certain “sales/sharing” or targeted advertising, and appeals.
